JCI SEN Ramesh Batavia

Past National President JCI INDIA

He has been one of the most celebrated trainers in India in the past thirty seven years.  He has so far, created and implemented more than 3500 training programs benefitting more than 55,000 people from all walks of life. His ability to create new programs has helped programs like NALANDA and ABLE become JCI India’s most sought after programs.  His programs like Wealth Optimizing Workshop (WOW) CEO Summit, TYCOON, Winning through Networking Strategies (WINS), Dare to Dream, Trade Optimizing Training (TROT) Romancing the Customer, Customer Devo Bhava, Kautilya, NAYAKA have only underscored his creativity and effectiveness.

In a 13 year career as professional mentor, he has helped businesses to flourish, couples to re-unite and individuals to become leaders.

Along with training, he has pursued a career in business.  Has established many offbeat businesses, built a brand around them and sold them for profit. On an average he has changed his business every six years. 

Three years back, Ramesh did a unique program, TYKOONZ, for small and medium businessmen.  The year long program had a unique combination of training, group therapy and mentoring to help all the sixteen participants per batch to achieve exponential growth in their business, social and personal life.  Four batches were conducted. Sixty four participants lives got completely changed due to this unique program.

Ramesh is the chairman and founder director of a new business leadership organisation called KONNECT. The organization whose vision is to establish and nurture ethical businesses all over the world has already attracted local leaders from 63 communities in India.
